Welcome to simple Sketch and Paint creations. Very few supplies are needed, pencil, eraser, paper, water base paint, a few brushes. Start with what you have.

I firmly believe that the world needs more simple outlets for creativity. These posts have a one hour video to sketch and finish painting. You probably have one hour, and you will feel so much better for the effort. Give it a try. There is healing and rest in the right side of the brain. Truly!

I have been at this for a very long time, decades even. I’ve watched how my bailiwick (teaching painting) has helped people and how they benefit from it.
